總(zong)之,荷葉(xie)邊(bian)的形(xing)成主要是鋁卷材(cai)(cai)的問(wen)題,對嚴重(zhong)(zhong)變形(xing)的鋁卷材(cai)(cai)只(zhi)能做報廢處(chu)理(li),但對于不太(tai)嚴重(zhong)(zhong)的變形(xing)可通過加大張力(li)來消除。有(you)的復(fu)合線上有(you)兩(liang)道牽引機(ji),在這種情況下要特別注意(yi)兩(liang)道牽引機(ji)之間(jian)的速(su)比關系,即調(diao)整好(hao)這段板(ban)面的張力(li),小了也會造成荷葉(xie)邊(bian)。
